Introduction to Nordic Walking

Introduction to Nordic Walking is a 30-60 minute session that includes a brief introduction to Nordic Walking and a 1-2 mile walk.

Options for using walking poles for Fitness, Mobility and Hiking will be covered so you can find the most appropriate class type for you.
