Nordic Trail Walking for those who enjoy walking or hiking and want to learn how to use walking poles to increase endurance, assist with posture, and help you navigate almost any terrain safely. (217602-01)
Nordic Walking for Fitness for those interested in a full-body workout. Activities including pole-assisted stretching, strength, balance and flexibility movements will be taught as well as learning how to use the walking poles to get a good cardio workout. (217602-02)
